When does the program start?
There are three programs to choose from: 
The first 21-Day Session AND the 42-Day session both begin June 5th. 
The second 21-Day Session begins June 26th.
What is your class schedule?
You can attend any of these sessions at any location.
Team Training at the GE Road Location:
Monday: 5am, 9:30am, noon, 5pm, 6pm
Tuesday: 5am, 9:30am, 6pm
Wednesday: 5am, noon, 5pm, 6pm
Thursday: 5am, 9:30am, 5pm, 6pm
Friday: 5am, noon
Saturday: 8am (kettlebells), 9am
Team Training Sessions at the Kays Drive Location:
Monday: 5am, 9am, 5:30pm
Tuesday: 5am, noon, 5:30pm (boxing)
Wednesday: 5am, 9am, 5:30pm
Thursday: noon, 5:30pm
Friday: 6am, 9am
Saturday: 8am

Do I have to come in to workout every day?
 No. We recommend that you workout on the program 4-5 sessions per week for BEST results.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan, too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
