     Nutrition seminars and Pre-assessments will be available Wednesday nights @ 6:30pm or Saturday mornings @ 9 am BEFORE challenge begins.   *If you cannot make those times, we'll connect privately with you for a time that is convenient for your schedule.

    60-minute classes
    Monday: 6:30am, 9am, 4:30pm
    Wednesday: 6:30am, 9am, 4:30pm
    Friday: 6:30am, 9am, 4:30pm
    Saturday: 8 am & 9:15am
    Sunday: No Classes

    Beginner's Fitness  Class (2x Per Week)
    45-minutes classes (2-4 people)
    Monday: 12pm

    Do I have to come every single day?
    Absolutely NOT... 
    You can get shredded in as little as 3-4 days a week with us. You Can meet with a small group (2-4 people) 2x/ week to focus on form, core strength & corrective exercises. On other days, attend our large group team training classes that are convenient to your schedule.
    If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
    Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
    Do you guys offer one-on-one Personal Training?
    Yes, it's available in-house. Speak with a team member for details on our 30 minute or 60 minute, "specificity," private training to laser-focus on your specific goals.
    Does it include a nutrition plan, too?
    Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
